Throughout the telecom industry, telephone companies “pass” charges or usage onto the customer from other telephone companies. This is referred to as third party billing. These third party billing services include, but are not limited to: correctional facilities calls, 900/976, telephone directories, and collect calls. For the protection of your account, U4 has promised not to provide third party billing. Many companies that do offer these specific services allow you to have a direct relationship with them. Here are some companies that we recommend you contact for these services: Correctional facilities: Collect calls: U4 accepts NO liability, responsibility or customer service for any of these companies. These are separate companies, therefore customers will receive totally separate billing from these providers. U4 cannot accept payments on their behalf.
