Disconnected/Suspended...What’s the Difference?

 

When Your Service Has Been Disconnected…

·     Phone Service has been terminated and is no longer active

·     Your phone will not work

·     You will lose your phone number

·     Billing stops

·     You are responsible for any unpaid balance

·     Finance charges will accrue until unpaid balance is paid

 

When Your Service Has Been Suspended…

·     Service is simply on hold

·     You will not be able to use the service except to call our Customer Service

·     911 emergency services are not guaranteed

·     Billing does not stop

·     You will not lose your phone number

·     Allows two weeks to get bill paid current and have service restored to normal

·     If account is not paid current in two weeks it will be terminated
