U4 strives to be ethical about every charge we post to your account. Prior to posting charges to your account everyone within our company must follow a strict set of business rules. All charges to your account revolve around a specific order or ticket number. In the event that we accidentally overlook a charge or a credit it is our policy to only go back three months to correct the problem. Increases or decreases in price will be noted on your bill the month the change takes place.
