The U4 billing system will automatically create a letter stating you are past due if your account has not been paid in full by the due date. In the event that your payment is not received by the due date in the late notice, your account will be suspended. Occasionally your payment and our late notice could cross in the mail. If this happens, and payment has been received on time, suspension of your account will not take place. We ask that you never pay on a continuous basis from the late payments as this could damage your payment history with U4. U4 can report all late payments to credit reporting agencies. We will automatically mail a hard copy of this late notice to your primary billing address even if your account is set to GREEN email bills. We do this for your protection in case of computer or server-related issues that could prevent our e-mail from reaching you. U4 recommends that all customers switch their accounts to AUTO PAY, assuring that your bill is always paid on time with no additional costs.
