Online
Customers can sign on to www.u4billing.com to pay their bill online and to look at their account information and invoices. It does require a Master Account ID and Password. If the customer doesn’t know this information, they can talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives at 574-457-4482 or toll free at 877-562-2584. On this website customers have the option of changing their password and account information including updating their credit card information.
Autopay
With this feature, customers supply U4 with their debit or credit card information, which would be kept on file with their account information. The card is generally charged the day before the actual invoice prints.
Drop Box
Payments can be placed in the drop box anytime between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM Monday through Friday and weekends. The payments are processed the next business day.
