U4 mails invoices twice a month on the 5th and on the 19th of every month. Business and Residential customers may choose the date of their invoice when signing up for service. All invoices are sent from New York and most invoices should be received two or three days after the mailing date. If you would like to view your invoice sooner, feel free to log on to our online pay center and view your account at any time.
